Here are some tips before the appointment:
Don’t drink alcohol 3 days prior to appointment;
Don’t drink coffee at the day of appointment;
Don't take Advil or Ibuprofen (Tylenol is ok);
Before the appointment have a good sleep and eat a good breakfast;
Don’t numb the area where will be your tattoo by yourself, we can do it during appointment if you want to.

It mostly depends on the placement of the tattoo and your pain threshold. The most painful places for a tattoo are the neck, head, chest and ribs. In other parts of the body pain will be less noticeable. If you are afraid of pain I can numb a tattoo area during the appointment. Numbing cream will make you feel a little or no pain at all

During your appointment I will apply a special spray on film on the tattoo area to help it heal properly.
Here is a post care list:
You can forger about your tattoo for first 3 days;
Then start using unscented moisturizing cream (CeraVe, Aquaphor) for 2 weeks, 3 times a day;
Don’t drink alcohol for 3 days after appointment and don’t drink coffee until next day;
Don't scratch your tattoo;
Your tattoo will be fully healed in 2 month.
